This was a very clean; nicely updated hotel. Front desk person was very helpful on the phone. There was excellent space in our room and bathroom; the bed was very comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast with good variety. Highly recommend and will definitely return if in the area again!

The Holiday Inn and suites here in Douglas is a great place to stay. Its in a quiet area just outside of town, with loads of parking. The 2 queen bed suite was large and well equipped with all we needed. The beds were comfy and the shower good. Its a good choice to stay here.

Always a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Douglas, Wyoming. A very convenient stop for us as we travel from Colorado to Montana. We have stayed here a number of times and the accommodations are always clean and the staff has always been very friendly. We met Stacy, Kelli, and Tina as we checked in, had a wonderful breakfast the next morning, and then checked out and hit the road!!! As we make an annual trip to Montana, this hotel is our "go-to" over-nighter as we pass through Douglas.

This Hotel felt very run down for the cost. The young girl checking us in acted as if she had better things do do than help us. As to be almost expected these days. We were on the 2nd floor, no elevators, maybe if she asks maintenance they can find time to help with our bags. But we didn’t want to wait. Me with Stage 4 terminal cancer and my husband is 68, we were really read to chill in our room.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights with my family and we loved it! The rooms look newly renovated. The beds and pillows were very very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast options, definitely a lot more hot food items than I’ve had at other hotels. Overall, a very clean hotel with wonderful staff! I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Great staff, great beds, great breakfast. JR at the front desk was super helpful. I loved that the hotel is near the bridge over the North Platte River--great for a run--there's a paved trail that goes along the river. Great quiet location.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds. It was nice to have the hot breakfast, cinnamon rolls. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I will come back and stay here again

I went to Douglas on short notice for a funeral, the staff at Holiday Inn Express was very helpful in arranging a room. The hotel is clean and the breakfast selections were better than expected. I would stay here again. One caution the hotel is refurbishing so there is construction noise during the week, if you think you will be spending time in the room during daylight hours check with teh front desk about construction schedules.
