For an extended stat facility i would have expected the bare minimum of kitchen supplies, a couple of plates, cups etc. Also a coffeemaker. It was suppoaed to be ready in the lobby by 7 am. I called them twice to see what the delay was. I was told twice it would be ready in a couple of minutes. Nope I finally had to go out and get coffee somewhere else at 8 am.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the lobby smelled of too much perfume air freshener, the towels didn’t even dry my hair, and if you needed an extra roll of toilet paper or wanted another towel it cost $2 for tp and $3 for a towel. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!

I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance. I received a call the day before asking if I was still coming because they had over booked. I let her k ow we would still be there:
The day I arrived to the hotel they told me they were all booked up and there was nothing they could do.
They attempted to give me the phone # to other properties to call. I let them know that’s not my responsibility to do since they gave my room away.
No one took ownership for the mistake instead each person on the opposite shift blamed the other person.
Coming from out of town at 5 pm my family and I had to locate another hotel to stay at. What an inconvenience!

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for towels and that you had to leave your ID to use the iron.. Staff was nice and easy to work with.

Found multiple hairs on toilet, dirt on floors, **** smell in all ways and in my room, nor enough towels, only 2 pillows, no iron

Very sparse- no hand towels even. But it was very clean. Felt a little bit like a dorm room in that there were not closed cabinets but open shelves, Etc. The bed had a kind of noisy covering on it. Overall the place was okay but wouldn't be our favorite place to come back to.

Sketchy business practices
The weirdest hotel stay I've ever had. The rooms were clean, but the overall experience and service guarantee I would never stay here again. It's also quite loud, being located right off the highway, and allows both pets and smoking
- Had incorrect booking information
- Charged an extra $25, cash only, directly to the front desk
- Originally given keys to the wrong room which seemed to be inhabited by someone else. Front desk wouldn't let me use the gym bathroom while we waited for replacement room
- Wifi didn't work and no effort made to fix
- Minimal supplies - given 1 bar of soap, 1 bottle of shampoo. No iron, lotion, hand soap. Thin/flat pillows
