The hotel facilities were decent. I really love the city of Dresden. It's a city reborn from ruins, with beautiful churches that carry the scars of war, forcing one to re-examine oneself. The hotel breakfast was also okay, nothing special but perfectly adequate.

The hotel is in a superb location, right in the city center, not far from the Elbe River, and has friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is great, but don't go too late, or you might have a bit of a wait and it can get a little busy. This is our third time here, and we'll definitely be back!

The location is very central. Dresden isn't that big, so staying anywhere in the old town is fine. This place feels more like a budget hotel, but the price isn't expensive either. Hotels in Dresden are much cheaper than in other cities. It's a bit old but clean and tidy. You can get sparkling water from the hallway. Check-out at noon is great. A highlight is being able to use the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi that can fit five or six people. After seeing it, I immediately went to Primark and bought a 7-euro swimsuit to use it. The pool temperature is higher than usual, which is nice. No need to bring a swimming cap. The sauna seems to be co-ed. I saw the men's changing room from the sauna! 😂 I quickly ran to get dressed when I saw someone walk by! 😱 You need to wear slippers to enter the pool area. Slippers aren't expensive to buy, and the hotel also provides disposable ones. There are music festivals in the square outside during summer, but you can't hear the sound. It's great for strolling around at night. We found the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which has good reviews, to be particularly unappetizing, and the service was incredibly slow. Not recommended.

The room cleaning can be improved, the front desk arranged the new room promptly. Fitness center is excellent. The location is also great

Great location, but unfortunately, it's quite dated. It's also a shame that, unlike before, you can no longer reserve a parking space. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel's location is superb. Turn left out of the hotel for the Church of Our Lady and Neumarkt, and turn right for the Procession of Princes, the Royal Palace, the Catholic Cathedral, and the Semper Opera House. The Brühl's Terrace is right behind it. Although the hotel has older facilities, it's very well-maintained and doesn't feel run-down. The swimming pool is quite ordinary and small, with a depth of 160-170cm. There's also a small outdoor hot tub that can fit 6-8 people, which is a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Old Town, on the main square, near the historic monuments. The hotel's glory days are long gone, and it's clearly visible in the rooms, which are no longer modern. If you arrive at the bar at 10:30 p.m., even though you get a voucher for a welcome drink, don't expect to buy a second drink or beer at that hour, even if you drink it quickly. The bar manager is unfriendly and, citing the rules (even though plenty of other guests were still sitting at tables both inside and outside), won't serve you. The waiter shrugged, saying he would, but the boss decides, and the boss pretended to be very busy. If anyone from the hotel owners is reading this, I think it's worth talking to the manager who was on the night shift on the day of my reservation, so he doesn't turn people away. The neighbors across the street welcome guests with open arms and serve not only drinks/beer but also food even at midnight. I wouldn't go back to that manager. A big plus is that there's an underground parking lot, so you don't have to look for a parking space in the old one. city.

The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂
