Hotels in Neustadt, Dresden

It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. From the next day, I checked the bus schedule and moved according to the time, but it was a bit inconvenient to take the bus to the main tourist attractions and then transfer to the tram in the middle. You can take tram No. 3 near the hotel to go to the main tourist attractions without transferring, but it takes about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, and it was burdensome to walk back to the hotel in the dark at night. It was a small hotel, but it was clean and everyone was friendly.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Kurzer Fußweg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in 12 min in der Altstadt. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: es gibt keine Schränke in den Hotelzimmern. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr vielfältig.

We found the location ideal for exploring the city. All amenities (tram, train station, shops, restaurants in the city center or Neustadt) are within walking distance. The hotel is located on a major main road, where many emergency vehicles also pass. The train tracks are across the street. We didn't find the traffic noise particularly disturbing. The room was clean, but there was some dust. At first, we thought the interim cleaning, which only took place on the second day after arrival, would be sufficient, but we recommend requesting daily room cleaning (at no extra charge). The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the amenities at all. The Wi-Fi is fast, but the connection is unstable. The TV must be turned on for the Wi-Fi to work. We don't think this is sustainable, and the bright screen bothered us. Every time the TV is turned on, a new Wi-Fi password is generated, and you lose the connection again. We don't understand the room layout. The safe is very small, and there are no practical shelves for suitcases and bags, nor a closet/coat rack that doesn't hang in the middle of the room. We also missed a shelf and hooks in the bathroom. On top of that, the entire bathroom floods after showering. In the public areas, we were particularly disappointed by the quality of the materials used. It looks chic today, but will it be in two or three years? We think it's a shame that a hotel wants to present itself as sustainable but then implements it only mediocrely.

The room has a good size, bed very pleasant, bathroom unfortunately only with bathtub. For this there is a coffee machine and a water cooker . All very ordinary, room cleaning only on order, staff very friendly and helpful 🤗 Breakfast is very diverse, a large selection of bread/broad, warm and cold food and very important good coffee.

The room is nice and tidy, but when I stayed for 2 nights, I can't clean the room and refill the towel. If you want, you have to pay 10 euros towels and 1 euros to clean.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was very varied and also very quality very good. The spa and wellness area invites to relax, even for small children the smaller pool is ideal for planning as the water temperature is pleasant here.

Near Jungang Station! 15-20 minutes walk from the main old town Friendly staff~! A simple but satisfying breakfast menu! Additional fee is required, but fully equipped and safe underground parking lot!! If I come to Dresden again, I will visit again!

The location is good, the environment is good, the hotel's service attitude is also great, the surrounding is very quiet, but very convenient, very close to the subway, it is recommended, balabalabala

Have to explain why I’m giving 3/5 for cleanliness: I think there was a trash juice leakage in the stairway which left a trail and stank while I was staying. Other than that it’s a perfect place for solo travelling - good price to value, friendly staff, ease of checking in and out, adequate facilities and amenities... Overall it was a great experience
