Droushia Heights Hotel

Overall a fantastic Hospitality Experience. The Hotel is very well run by the General Manager from check in to departure all departments offering an exceptional and courteous service. The Hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout. A large variety at breakfast and the junior suite was great all in all a great stay. I could not fault the Hotel in any respect . I wish the Management every success in maintaining the set Hospitality standards achieved. Well Done! P.G

Our stay at Drousia Hills was good except my manicure appointment at the spa which made the end of the trip a real bummer… As someone who gets their nails done regularly I can tell a good manicure from a bad and this one sadly was a bad one. I was booked in for a hard gel manicure at the “spa” From removing the old gel to the end product the whole experience was unprofessional and I’m pretty sure the lady didn’t sanitize the tools or anything else. I think the picture says it all, the nail shapes are all uneven and the gel is all over the place and botchy. Very very disappointing :(

What a nice hotel. We stayed in Jan so it was quiet but that didn't detract. Staff were friendly and couldn't try harder to please. The weather made sure we didn't venture further than an exploratory drive but it must be a great to explore. Restaurant food was good. Room was large (suite), bed was comfy, aircon worked. Just take an hdmi device for TV as its limited otherwise. We enjoyed this hotel. Clean, unpretentious and good value. We will be back, thank you

The hotel is amazing! The pool, the food, the sauna, the view were incredible! Totally recommended! We were 2 couples and enjoyed our time there. In close proximity to Polis and Latsi so we had plenty of things to do. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which had a great sea views and a jacuzzi.

Went for lunch…,this used it be a beautiful relaxing hotel, but our visit today wasn’t the best. First of all….I really don’t understand why they have replaced the modern bifold doors and windows in the restaurant with plastic roll up windows? Really Can’t understand that! Anyway to our experience. There were 3 staff on duty, 2 young male waiters and a lady sitting at The bar giving orders to The 2 young waiters, who were trying their best but had no idea what was going on. I assume the small lady who was sat on her phone was responsible for training them up. First of all I asked the waiter what the soup of the day was ….reply being “it’s vegetarian , with vegetables or something like that”! So we proceeded to order our meals, 1 was a chicken salad , 1 was a cheese and ham sandwich and 1 Omlette. The sandwich which turned up was a Club Sandwhich, with egg, bacon, chicken, mayo etc etc. It took A lot of explaining to convince the waiter it was the wrong sandwich. The lady who was Presumably training them….talked this issue over and over with the waiter which was loud and made us uncomfortable, but at no Point did she get up and sort The issue out. Once the 3 meals Had been delivered to the table, I can say the hassle or ordering just wasn’t worth the effort. As another reviewer has pointed out out the French fries are huge slabs of potatoes , really unpleasant. The salad was Bland. The Omelette looked so badly presented. Whilst eating our meals, the lady mentioned above was sitting on her phone and eating a bowl Of food, whilst other staff including, cleaners & and chef wandered in and out of the restaurant. I felt sorry for the 2 young waiters as they clearly Had language issues and no idea What they were supposed to be doing. A very disappointing visit on this occasion.

The view of the hotel was very nice and the food was excellent we had a la carte every day and we enjoy it a lot .The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel spa Chara was excellent she was very good with the treatments she did and polite with the family members .I will definitely return back soon. Thanks to the management and the late check out we had these 2 hours extra when you have small kids was very helpful.

Visited Saturday evening with another couple for dinner. We all live nearby. The hotel looks inviting but the quality of the food was poor. Two of us had burgers with chips. They both said the burger was poor, meat underdone and chips (which were large) underdone. The buffet was a bit better but the puddings were bland and the fish I had was dry. Also, they kept trying to serve me red wine just out of the fridge ( in the winter!). We live very close but won't be going again.

A small hotel but very well maintained and runned! Always good value and service. A scenic beatiful location overllooking the Polis bay. It was an amazing escape away from the islands bussy and touristic spots. Very near to wonderull beaches and nature trails of the akamas and poiis area.

If you are in the area Droushia heights hotel is a great place for lunch and cocktails. The views overlooking the pool towards the mountains are just staggering. I recommend the salads on the menu. If you stay locally and the pool is not too busy you can ask at reception to use the facilities, lovely infinity pool after lunch and cocktails is the way ahead!
