Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Stays in Dubai

We reached hotel at 1 30 am . They tried to tell me that there were no booking and all rooms fully booked. I told them that I had confirmation. They then said there is only 1 room. .i had to look for my confirmation for them to give us 2 rooms and waited long. I paid since previous day and did not know that the sold my rooms. They finally had to give us an upgrade for 1 room as theg did have the one we booked. Do not recommend this hotel

Additionally, the location is perfect—right near a major mall and surrounded by plenty of great amenities, making everything easily accessible. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and service.

Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the in-room services—like the affordable ironing—were impressive. A delightful surprise birthday cake made it extra special. Just note that basic amenities like toothpaste or a comb need to be requested. Overall, a memorable experience!

Booked this as a birthday surprise for my friend and it was perfect. The property is one of the best in the area. Reception was super kind and even offered a late check-out. My friend really appreciated the sweet birthday gesture. Highly recommend!
