As regular guest in Tryp hotel never surprise of the accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool is very clean good looking rooms. The property was really good, service was very good, the rooms are spacious but the bathroom is slightly smaller compared to what it looks in the photos.
Would definitely recommend people to stay here.

It took a very long time to check in abd once I got my room it was very stuffy! Hotel was fully booked it seems and they gave me a room that hadn't been used for some time and didn't smell good. TV want working well as the channels were not very stable. Finally, it takes almost 5 minutes for the shower to start offering hot water!! The have a note that says in 59 seconds... it's much much longer I'm afraid so.

Nicely located 30 minutes from the airport, stayed for business trip.
Convenience stores and international coffee shops at a walking distance.
Arrived 6am flight and very friendly staffed organized my room to be ready by 10am.

The drain was clogged with much of hairs in my room, so I had to clean myself for having shower. Dirty. Dirty. Even I couldn’t open the window of my room, soggy and damp. Breakfast was fine. Salad and just enough breads. There was many westerners so there was not rice for Asian people. All kind.
