We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.

Super location, helpful & friendly staffs. Kudos to the friendly, helpful & pretty front desk lady during our first day of checked in. I hope you had a smooth delivery & congrats to your new born! :) You made my day after a tiring flight to Dubai. And thanks to the front desk staff who advised & helped me to booked a transport to Abu Dhabi during my last day with Kempinski, despite your busy work load with other guests We had a wonderful 7 nights stay with Kempinski Hotel MOE! Found extra tooth brush on the floor after the room service which don’t belong to us. And the cover in the executive lounge has the screw broken… and most importantly the wooden key never works! Changed for more than 6 times and finally they give us the plastic keys which works perfect. Not something you expect from a five star hotel…
