Barceló Residences Dubai Marina

The apartment was clean and tidied up every day. It's possible to cook, and the location is convenient. Close to the beach and walking areas, and only a 15-minute walk to the metro. I really liked it.

This hotel offers great value for money. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, a washing machine, and three bathrooms. The living room was very bright and offered a view of the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel. The beds were also very comfortable. However, the room we were given had just been renovated. Although it was new, there was a strong smell in the closets, so we had to leave the windows open all night to air it out.

Hello everyone. We've just returned from our trip to Dubai. This isn't our first time staying in Dubai Marina, so there's no need to elaborate on the area itself – anyone who's stayed there knows its distinct advantages over other areas of Dubai. This was our first time staying at Barceló Residences. There were four of us in our family, all adults. The location is excellent – on a parallel street to the JBR promenade, and it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to the beach section near Rixos. There are several supermarkets, canals, a yacht club, and more in the vicinity. The views from the large balcony are stunning! The apartment is spacious (110m2+) and offers great value for money. It has a large kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There's daily cleaning, a pool, a gym… What more could you need for a perfect vacation! Special thanks to Hafiz, the administrator, for his professionalism and kindness, and also to Theo – what a cheerful, courteous, and fun guy! I highly recommend this apart-hotel. Excellent hotel. We traveled as a family. The room was clean and serviced twice a week. It had cutlery and all necessary appliances. The bed linen was clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well. Although the hotel doesn't have its own beach, you can reach a public one within 10-12 minutes. The hotel's pool is clean and deep. There's also a small gym. The only downside is that the STUDIO A dance floor is within direct view, and if there are parties, they can keep you awake until 4 AM! Thankfully, concerts aren't held there very often.
