The hotel provides Free drinking water in the lobby, Free Shuttle Bus which is very convenient. The room’s interior design is very nice, especially the pole system for hanging clothes — very practical and Well organized. The WiFi is strong and stable, The Location is Excellent — just next to the metro station and within walking distance of the famous tourist attraction, the Museum of the Future. Overall, everything was very good. However, thr was one unpleasant experience. I had a night flight and arrived at the hotel feeling extremely exhausted. While waiting for check-in, I lay down on the sofa in the corner to rest. One of the bell staff at the entrance spoke to me in an UNFRIENDLY manner. He asked if I was from China and told me that I could not lie down on the sofa like that. I felt quite UNCOMFORTABLY and UNHAPPY about this interaction. Overall, the hotel facilities and location are great, but I hope the STAFF can improve their professionalism and customer Service Attitude. Be more understanding Tired Flight overnight for the TOURISTS !!

The location is unbeatable as it's directly connected to the exhibition halls. The rooms are standard Ibis style—compact, clean, and functional with a comfortable bed. The staff were efficient and professional. It’s also just a short walk to the Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Great value for money if you’re in town for a conference."
