Good location nearby Baniyes Square metro station Exit 1, 5 station to World Trade Centre.
Many restaurant around there, as well as Day-to-Day and Night-to-Night supermarket, convenient for shopping.

Hotel was clean but some items were old and noisy i.e the refrigerator and AC, the wash room is small and very inconvenient.

Am never going to book for the hotel. There is no parking and I had to roam around looking for paid public parking.
Plus I did not enjoy my experience staying in the hotel. Next time i will stick to regular hotels I use.

The location is good but hotel reception people’s talk very hardly when I ask Taxi they said we don’t have taxi & told how get say we don’t & I told him you know how get taxi & he says don’t shout & one more thing inside rooms have small cockroaches & even inside room have it I informed & they put spray etc

This is to reach the management of the hotel, your receptionist Mr Dalam is extremely rude and inconvenient to speak to. After calling several times and requesting to either connect to the management or housekeeping or maintenance department of your hotel he said he cannot and to speak to him only which I do not believe is possible as the matter doe snot concern him. He is extremely rude, has no shame and is very unhelpful. When asked if he could connect me to anybody else in the hotel as I knew he is not helping me contact the right person in the hotel he said he is apparently THE ONLY person working in the hotel which is outrageous. To have such an experience especially from the receptionist who is suppose to be customer convenient, I wonder if that is really good for your hotel.

Pessimo. Pulizia pari a zero scarafaggi per una settimana di vacanza almeno quattro cinque avvistamenti al giorno ho dovuto comprare diversi spray spendendo i miei soldi e nonostante avessi fatto presente il problema non si è risolto. Un giorno anche scaldabagno rotto con stanza allagata. Utensili per due persone Pari a zero. Pulizia giornaliera inesistente diverse volte ci hanno lasciato con meno asciugamani.

Megfelelő hotel. Közel a metró. 2-3 percre .
Boltok 1 percre is vannak. Gyalogos-metrós városnézésre is kiváló.
A szobák kellően nagyon, tea konyhával rendelkeznek.
Reggeli pluszban fizethető, kb 2000 Ft a reggeli / fő / alkalom, ami Dubaji szinten jónak mondható.
Rosszat nem tudok mondani a hotelre.
Ajánlom mindenkinek.
