I had a really good stay and the hotel staff was very courteous, I didn't get to use all the facilities so can't really judge that. the room was really spacious and provided with all the necessities I might require

Perfect!

This is more of an apartment than a hotel. Check-in was very slow! (Although we arrived at 18:00, the room was not prepared) About 40 minutes of waiting, when we asked for water, they offered to buy it!) By the way, in the room they give 1.5 liters of water for four people, well, thanks for that)) The kettle in the room did not work. The TV remotes had no batteries, the defects were fixed in 5 hours!! After a second call to the reception. The reception staff simply does not care!

it has a good location but the hotel is old and they have done a terrible job at keeping it clean, it is very dirty and has a lot of bugs. if you are fine with that and it not being luxurious then its good, otherwise i do not recommend going to this hotel at all.

We recently booked room for night, because it’s close to my husband’s work place. We normally staying in Deira side. When we booked I didn’t expect that hotel will be this much nice, room and kitchen it’s just wow super amazing, clean. Love everything. Let’s start from reception. Receptionist KHAYAL is super nice, professional and helpful, thanks to him, we requested late check out he arranged it for us, because i was traveling from Abu Dhabi for some works. Hotel very clean, quiet and staff all are friendly. I love room and kitchen. Just small issue it’s pillows, need to change pillow. Definitely again will stay next week.

My wife and I have just stayed at the hotel for 13 nights whilst visiting EXPO 2020. Our apartment was excellent. Living area, kitchen, massive bedroom, 2 bathrooms ,one with a jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned each day We arrived at the hotel at 10am and thankfully we were allowed to have our room straight away. The reception staff were polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would like to mention Hamza who help me with printing our passenger locator form. The rooftop pool was excellent at least 2 lifeguards on duty at all times. The pool area was immaculate. The breakfast ( included in the price) was very good. The staff always had a smile and kept the breakfast bars well stocked. The dining room was always clean. The hotel is near the Mall of the Emirates, which made commuting to EXPO 2020 and other parts of Dubai very easy using the highly efficient Metro and bus services ( we splashed out a Gold travel week pass, which was worth the money).

Rooms were decent. Housekeeping was good. Cleanliness was good. Hotel location was fine. Lack of staff at reception and for guest greeting.

We experienced a terrible service with this hotel. The hotel manager Abhy and his assistant Abdul were very rude and unprofessional in every manner. We got some issue relating to one of my guest passport, but he never explained in a polite way why he cannot accept my visitor. Instead he sarcastically said we should cancer right away It was supposed to be a happy day for me because it was my 40th birthday but he ruined our mood and he said immediately to cancel us without giving us another option. he keeps on smiling and sarcastically answered. you can check the cctv for proof. It was on April 21, 2023 around 3pm.

Watch and read before you book your room here! I made an extremely bad experience here. The rooms are dirty, furniture old and probably never properly cleaned. When you open the drawer or wardrobe, you can smell the last century there. Even though I asked for non-smoking apartment, everything was smelling terrible after cigarette smoke- curtains, sofa, furniture.. actually, the whole hotel smells and they are trying to cover it with some strong perfume, from which you get sick after a while. The equipment is cheap, old and rusty, you don’t want to put food into the fridge or cooking utensils. Bathroom is disgusting with damaged and moldy bathtub, where you don’t want to step barefoot. But the most disgusting was finding some cockroaches…

The hotel was really clean and spacious, i really liked it and we got the one with the balcony. The view was really nice as well

Facilities and location are good.

I liked everything: convenient location near the metro and Mall of Emirates. Spacious room with a kitchen with everything you need (dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, large refrigerator), two bathrooms. Very comfortable huge bed, soft pillows, snow-white linen. I would like to especially mention the Russian-speaking employee of the Khayal Hotel. In addition to the fact that he is a highly qualified specialist in his field, he is a very pleasant, friendly young man. He instantly resolved all issues, either with cleaning or with luggage. I issued a late check out. He also helped me resolve a situation with an incorrect booking through Agoda (I mistakenly booked and paid for a hotel with the same name Ivory, but in Abu Dhabi), got through to the operator and explained the situation, and in the end I got my money back. On our next visit to Dubai we will be happy to stay at the same hotel.
