The hotel is quite close to the metro station, and you can access the lobby directly from the mall. The lobby is quite large and impressive. The hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides offer great views of Dubai. The complimentary bottled water came in a very nice bottle, and the room was also quite spacious.

This hotel is a mess with so many issues! 1: They gave us half of a suite, with a connecting door to another room. To make it worse, they rented out the other half to someone else. The soundproofing was terrible, and the foreigners next door were partying so loudly, it was unbearable! 2: The mall downstairs is currently undergoing renovations, and if you're on a lower floor, the noise will keep you up all night! Be warned! We were on the sixth floor, and the mall started renovations after midnight, with drilling and hammering continuing until 3 AM! Complaining did absolutely nothing! Customer service offered to move us, but only if we packed all our luggage in the middle of the night, which was ridiculous. Our kids were sound asleep, there was no way we could wake them up, especially with less than five hours until check-out! No empathy whatsoever! The staff were inflexible and unhelpful, saying one thing to your face and doing another behind your back! I demanded a refund for that night, and they still refused! 3: My friend accidentally booked an extra three-night stay and wanted to cancel it, but the hotel wouldn't allow it! This hotel has a strict no-cancellation policy. We booked three hotels for this trip, and the other two allowed cancellations within the specified time, but not this one. Be very careful! I got no sleep! It completely ruined my plans for the next day. Absolutely terrible!

The hotel is located above a shopping mall, which makes shopping and dining extremely convenient. The room size is generous, though the decor feels a bit dated and shows some wear. The shower drain was clogged, and the overhead shower had very low water pressure. Housekeeping was inconsistent; on the first day, they didn't restock the water, and on the second, no coffee or tea bags were provided. We stayed for four days, and after they took the bath mat on the first day, it was never replaced.

We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious with good quality bedding. The decor is a bit dated, but the room was very clean. The hotel's located in the old town, making it super convenient to visit several nearby attractions.

This is a great hotel! The room was spacious and the facilities were brand new. It even had a large, clean bathtub – soaking in it was pure bliss. The bed was also huge, making for a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast restaurant was very large and offered an incredibly rich spread. I was really satisfied with this hotel. The only minor downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the subway, so I relied on Google Maps to find it. Also, hotel check-in is on the second floor.
