It’s suitable for business trip. I stayed here 4 nights.
And breakfast is good. I love the breakfast.
The staff are nice.
However, all the good memories be ruined after 24th Nov.
24th Nov, I came from Abu Dhabi and would like to stay here one night, then go back to China. However, I made a wrong booking date at this time. I need to book 24th Nov, but the order booking date is 24th Dec. I didn’t know this mistake until the reception told me this mistake. Unfortunately, it was 22:00PM when I know this problem, so I tried to ask the reception if they can help me to fix it. They just let me contact trip com. They didn’t give me any support. What’s worse, they don’t refund to me. A horrible experience.
I don’t understand why gulf hotel reject my request. Refund and then release a room to sell will not affect them. So sad about this problem.

The hotel is good in general. The location is not far from CBD and Dubai mall. Clean and helpful staff but the housekeeper forgot to clean my room and came to offer me to clean the room at 10pm.

Great hotel in business Bay Area, they showed us the rooms and choose between smoking or non smoking. Overall experience was very nice, a good swimming pool in private area.

I liked the design of the room and the hotel allowed me to make a late check out. It was a bit weird that the restaurant only opens at 11pm

Horrible hotel, everything is horrible.
Will not come here at the second time. Old facilities and far away to Burj Khalifa.
