Aloft Dubai Creek

The hotel is conveniently located, close to major attractions and the airport. Most of the staff are very friendly and even offered a baby tent, which was a big surprise for the little one. Right downstairs, you'll find Carrefour and a shopping center, plus a subway station.

The strongest point of Aloft Dubai Creek is that it is found in a mall. Location is a plus point and a minus. Plus for people who wish to have a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Minus, because it is a bit of a drive from the main attractions, like Marina area, Burj Khalifa, Gold souk, etc. Service was good, but could be better. I think the staff should be equipped with some basic information to help tourist navigate, eg, when I queried about which days were public holidays over the New Year period, not one staff was able to give a clear answer. Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. A special shout out to Mohsin and Adrian, who, on top of being quite hospitable,, after couple of days, learnt how I took my coffee and made it without fail. I was a bit disappointed though with packed breakfast provided. We needed to check out early and requested for a packed breakfast. We asked if egg or any other simple sandwiches could be provided, since the packed breakfast come with pastries, fruits and water (we didn't receive the latter), but unfortunately they were not included. Pastries are not healthy breakfast option, maybe the hotel can look into how they can improve that or provide some mix options to choose from. Our overall experience was good and we would recommend and consider Aloft Dubai Creek.

Service is good. Perfect place for those like shopping at Diera City Centre.

This was not a full stay, as I spent only about 12 hours at the hotel before my next flight. Therefore, I do not have much experience to comment in detail. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy, which is ideal for transit passengers. Being directly connected to the mall was an added advantage for me. However, the breakfast was not very good and is something the hotel could improve. Overall, I loved the hotel.

The location is linked with the shopping mall, which is good for finding the restaurants. B

Really had an amazing stay at Aloft Dubai Creek. Had the best room view, special thanks to Ramadan at the reception. He makes our stay truly delightful. Worth the cost and super great value for location!
