I love the experience, it’s a very nice place, location is very easily accessible. Many top tier restaurants are nearby, shopping centers and metro is just 200 m away from this hotel

Ok hotel , dated and tired ….did request quiet room and not near the lift after long haul flight , request was received and sent back to my email from trip.com yet but can you believe it giving room outside lift right on road side and opposite building site which started at 06.00 hours am …I arrived at 10.30 pm so not a lot of sleep not good experience.

Hotel was close to the airport, which is why we chose it for our first night in Dubai due to a late arrival. We checked in around 1AM and were informed that we were upgraded to a suite, very kind of the staff! We didn't stay for breakfast but the room was huge and felt older, but very comfortable in a vintage kind of way. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel is good location for what I needed close to metro and shops lots of food around staff were very nice pool was clean and quiet food and drinks were good

Resturant manager vivek help me to get room early so i was gappy wirh his service

The facilities in the room were ancient, the service was terrible, and even though I requested an early check-out five minutes beforehand, they still charged me. The breakfast options were also very limited.

Slightly old hotel, but reasonably priced with standard hotel facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and service shown was great from front reception, concierge and cleaning staff.

Arrived at 6am. Paid aed100 for 8:30am early check in. While waiting , I asked the reception for a cup of coffee from the breakfast buffet but got rejected. The location of the hotel is very good.

Overall ok but quite expensive for the offered room condition.

A good and convenient hotel for business traveller. Easy access with nearby supermarket and restaurants.

Narrow mentality and terrible internet connection cause of shifting the hotel 

Nice stay! albeit little different surroundings but staff were good.
