Wonderful hotel in terms of hospitality, accessibility, cleanliness. Right at the business bay metro station which make things very easy and accessible for the visitors. Connectivity is the key while traveling. So, recommend this one.

My experience during the 2-day stay at Villa Rotana was fantastic. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the Business Bay metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the proximity to the Etihad Airways coach station, just a 5-minute walk away, made it extremely practical. The staff at Villa Rotana were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. Esraa the receptionist came to carry my giant heavy luggage when i reached the hotel entrance. Despite arriving for check-in at 4:30 pm and finding my room wasn't ready, Esraa promptly informed me it would be ready in 30 minutes and graciously offered me a temporary room to freshen up while I waited. This gesture was greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team was also commendable, as they efficiently cleaned and mopped the living room floor of my suite the following day, knowing I had hosted friends there the previous evening. The All Day Dining service and kitchen staff were equally friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options available. Overall, my stay at Villa Rotana was excellent, and I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.

Villa Rotana the best hotel in Dubai Down Town, all the reception staff are very good, they will always help solve all issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel manager is very attentive to the guests. Thank you for your attention. The cleaning is good, everyone is friendly. The pool and gym are excellent, as well as the staff in the gym and pool area. I don't want to leave such a hotel. I will definitely come back again. Special thanks to Abdul. Great hotel with the best facilities! The location is convenient and you get great views for the Burj. The staff are also a great asset to the villa; Supun from reception is an exceptional host and never hesitated to help. The staff from the gym and swimming pool were kind and helpful too. Samuel would always greet with a lovely smile and offered an excellent service at breakfast. Housekeeping provided a great service especially Mercy she happily went through any minor requests we have and kept the rooms clean always.

Mr. Youssef Barakat along with his team Annee, Maricare, Abdul, Jatar, Alif, Marise and Alaa they made it possible for me and my family to have an extremely pleasant stay. It's the fourth year we've been coming to this hotel with pleasure and even though we only left a few days ago, we're already planning our next visit to Villa Rotana. I happily recommended it to all our friends in Romania.Starting with the communication with the manager of this hotel (Mr Barakat) and continuing with the cleanliness of the rooms, the diversity of the menu, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, everything exceeded our expectations and urges us to come back every time because at Villa Rotana we feel like in a family. For this reason, all our vacations in which we combined business with relaxation were long-term, between 2 and 6 weeks.

We received a warm welcome and prompt service even though we arrived at 5 in the morning. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and it was nice to get a good rest after a long flight. One star is taken off because there was a persistent smell of curry in the room during lunch time, which didn't go away until we came back from sightseeing at night. It seemed to have come in through the shafts from someone else cooking next door (there is a kitchenette in the rooms). We only had to stay there for two days, so did not bother asking for another room, but I am sure the nice staff would have obliged if we made the request.
