Emirates Grand Hotel

This is, without a doubt, the dirtiest hotel with the worst service I've ever stayed at during all my business trips abroad. For a hotel that costs 1000 yuan a night, I was shocked to find my room hadn't been cleaned when I checked in. No one cleaned the room during my two-night stay either. The front desk staff had an 'I don't care' attitude, completely unresponsive to my complaints. The hotel was incredibly noisy at night, and I even found hair and dirt on the bed. This hotel being listed on Ctrip is an absolute disgrace!

The rooms were run-down, and the service was terrible. The elevator was small and always crowded. Its only redeeming quality was its proximity to the subway. I definitely do not recommend this place. The breakfast was also very mediocre, and it's clear the hotel is old and hasn't been renovated in a long time.

Excellent for business trips! This hotel was a real treat for my business trip this time 🤩! Super convenient location with lots of great food nearby. The room had all the amenities and was super comfortable. Definitely recommend it! 👍

🎉 This hotel was really easy to find, you could see it right from the metro station exit! ✅ The location is super convenient, right at the Financial Centre Metro Station entrance. 😎 There's a handy supermarket downstairs with a great selection of products. 😄 And the Burj Khalifa is right outside the window – the night view is absolutely stunning! 😘😘😘

This hotel has absolutely no redeeming qualities besides its good location. If you're looking for a quick photo op, you might tolerate a night, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. Make sure to insist on the Burj Khalifa view room you booked!
