Have the worst experience in a 5-star hotels. They refused to assist customers who had a booking issue and overcharged me 3 times the rate

Hotel staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Lovely clean and comfortable luxurious rooms. Location and views can't get any better for downtown. Hotel smells amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The view room is opposite the Burj Khalifa. Go downstairs and take a long corridor directly into the Dubai mall. It is suitable for friends who like to go shopping. The location is excellent. The outdoor swimming pool is very impressive. The breakfast is rich. The stay experience is great.

The view of this hotel is amazing, the huge balcony faces the Burj Khalifa and the musical fountain. The infinity pool is also very nice. The suite we stayed in was very large, and we could enjoy free lunch and dinner in the executive club, which was great!
