Hygiene, safety, and good service. They took the initiative to help with luggage.
The reserved room was no longer available and the room was upgraded for free.
I renewed my reservation for one night and got a breakfast coupon.

Some facilities and equipment are relatively old, and hair dryers even emit black smoke. I also asked the staff to replace the hair dryer twice, but later found out that it was a plug problem. The breakfast buffet was okay.
