Awful, I did not stay the night as the room was infested with flies… mainly the toilet. And ceiling tile was failing down.  Shower is only overhead, no hand held one which is inconvenient.

Nice hotel walking distance from airport value for money I stay frequently. Recommended for all business travelers and family. Big swimming pool and rooftop pool is available Metro is 10 minutes walking distance. Staff is not professional need to give training for politeness and customer service oriented approach. The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located close to the airport, making it ideal for short stays or layovers. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and was enjoyable. However, the room lacked some basic amenities like body lotion and conditioner, which would have made the stay more pleasant. Despite that, it’s a good value-for-money hotel and a reliable choice for travelers needing a convenient stay near Dubai Airport.

It’s ok for a night stay. It’s close to the airport but abit misleading as they do not provide free shutter bus to Dubai mall as stated.

The room was quite clean and very close to the airport, which is great for business trips or layovers. The breakfast was rich and varied, with an omelet station, and the food was clean and hygienic. The room was also quite spacious. However, perhaps due to environmental considerations, there weren't many disposable amenities, so you might need to bring your own.

The room was decent. My only complaint was that the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was already hot outside, but the room was stuck at a chilly 21℃, creating a drastic 20-degree difference. I ended up shivering after stepping out of the shower at night. Even setting the thermostat to 25℃ made no difference at all.

Extremely bad experience: 1. Discriminatory treatment – check-in was scheduled for 2 PM local time, but upon arriving at the hotel around 3 PM, other guests (both groups and individuals) were repeatedly checked in while we were left waiting. 2. No proactive service whatsoever; despite multiple inquiries from us, we were made to wait until after 4 PM local time. 3. Throughout the entire process, the front desk and manager were extremely rude, avoided key issues, and to this day, no investigation results have been provided, nor has the front desk offered any apology to the customer.
