Convenient location with all shops and stors around. Friendly and polite staff. Because we wait for the room longer than we should, we got upgrade to bigger room))
Received breast during checkout because our flight was late at night. Highly recommend this hotel for family and single stay.

Huge thanks to Louise (front desk) for her outstanding customer service skills! We waited in line for 45 min on check-in and we were so disappointed but she managed to change our negative experience. What I love about the room was the coffee machine! Food was amazing and staff were nice. The only thing I wish is if you could show the menu of the resto and bar in the room so we wouldn’t have to go down. Overall it was an amazing experience! Will definitely be back!

The hotel has a very convenient location on Dubai Marine - a quiet bay, which is very pleasant to return to from the noisy city center. Breakfast is normal, nothing extraordinary, but you won’t leave hungry. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a room with a stunning view of Dubai Marina and a balcony. I really liked and was impressed by the presence of a balcony. The only drawback I would note is the lack of accessories for cleaning teeth.
It’s not clear why they don’t leave such things in the room. And during the 5 days of our stay, they forgot to leave clean towels in the room once. Everything else is good.
