Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel

The hotel's exterior and surroundings look completely different from the pictures, quite run-down, actually. I even doubted if I was at the right place as the navigation guided me closer. They offer valet parking, and the service here is pretty good. I booked a double room. The room size was standard, BUT!!! The air conditioning blew directly onto the head of the bed and was very noisy. When I asked staff to adjust it, they claimed it was normal. After I insisted, the hotel offered to change my room. The new room had an extra small bed, and the AC noise was noticeably different! The hotel only provides bottled water in glass bottles. Everything else in the mini-bar is priced, which gives off a rather stingy vibe for a hotel at this price point. Overall, it's poor value for money. The hygiene was standard, and the service was just okay.

This hotel is excellent! It's very close to the Insurance Market Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The check-in process was smooth, and they even helped carry our luggage to the room. The room itself was very spacious, with a bathtub and all the amenities you could need – toiletries, hairdryer, everything, so you don't need to bring your own. During Chinese New Year, Chinese elements were thoughtfully incorporated throughout the hotel, and I even received a complimentary cake for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise! The rooftop pool is nice, and the gym is large, featuring a sauna and steam room. The breakfast spread is extensive, primarily focusing on Arabian dishes. 😀 Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit! 🏨

The room was spacious and large, and its proximity to the subway made getting around very convenient. The service was excellent.
