The rooftop pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa area, and breakfast is just okay. The room was clean and tidy. You need to request toiletries and disposable slippers from the hotel. Valet parking is available. For the price in Dubai, it's pretty good value for money!

The hotel staff are great! Attentive and polite. The room was clean but the bathroom felt a little bare. No amenities are provided unless you request. The bathroom and room were clean. Only downside being the carpet . The water in the shower also only seems to be hot or medium hot so beware. Our room was on floor 3 which didn’t have a view and it was noisy because of cars from the highway and the street. Great hotel will recommend. Ps they have a shuttle service to Dubai mall and kite beach. The view from the pool is great!

I stayed here for two weeks for work. This is my second time at this hotel, and overall, it was still a great experience! There were a few times my room wasn't cleaned on schedule, which slightly detracted from the experience. A special shout-out to Hakim at the front desk – he was incredibly patient and responsible. He helped me switch to a room with an unbeatable view of both the Burj Khalifa and the sea, which made for a perfect New Year's Eve! A huge thank you to him!

A must try their breakfast! Location is good easy to access supermarkets. The only problem is their temperature of water, never able to reach the medium temperature. You can get either very hot or very cold water. My kids and me had get scalded by the water temperature many times. Water pressure slightly low. Management shall look serious into this issue. The water-tap on basin is very “unique” I had no idea how to use it. I think they shall put a guide there. Room TV is bad with the screen color. No much to cost for them to change a TV. Please maintained the standard there as this is not budget hotel.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the metro exit. I originally booked a king-sized bed room, but since I arrived in Dubai on an early flight, I was told at 7 AM that a twin room was available for immediate check-in. I quickly took it, which was a pleasant surprise abroad. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the room facilities are all good.
