Novotel Dubai Gold District Reviews

The hotel is well located next to the bus and metro station. The surrounding is secure and there are plenty of latenight shops and mini supermarkets. There is also free shuttle to dubai mall and other locations. The staffs are well trained, however the variety of foodies at the breakfast should be changed. Having same foodies everyday for breakfast is a bit frustrating. Seriously no banana availability? I hope they improved the breakfast as other guests also are repeating customers, and we would like better foodies. And the men steam room is still broken for 1 year? My days...

The hotel offer the best accomodation in this area, big room ....for very competitive prices.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at novotel Dubai Gold District. Ms. Quincy of the front desk did a wonderful job to make our stay enjoyable and convenient.

Warmth welcoming, good staff but need to speeding there services at the counter, as the delay is not encouraging…

The front desk staff were generally accommodating and helpful during my visit, which I truly appreciated. However, I did encounter a concern during a phone call I made to ask for the address. The tone of the lady who answered came across as somewhat condescending. While it may not have been intentional, it felt less than welcoming especially for someone trying to locate the place easily. A more warm and supportive approach over the phone would go a long way in creating a better experience for first-time guests navigating to the location.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Just wrong info that they have EV charger But was not just was plug where can connect EV charger good I have one can be connected to normal 220 v plug.

The tubs are horrible high and terribly slippery. I fell the first night and got badly bruised up. The shower head was loose and we had to call maintenance. Then there was issues with the water temperature. They did fix it but wish it would've just worked to start with. It's rather far from the main strip so if you're looking to be close to the center of everything this is not the place for you.

Lots of hair sticking on wall in washroom and shower , The water in shower always was super hot and no cold water unless must flash the toilet while the shower running each time. No slippers , no dental kit , no shower kit , no pen , no paper , no tissues in room , as a 4 star hotel ,
