Reception check~in service very slow? And attitude is very strange. Elevator and Room accessories are very old. Many bars surrounding and too much noise. Will not come again.

Great location. Very close to the airport and Gold Souk.
The rooms are nice, could be a little bit cleaner.
There's a lot of tourist around as the location is very ideal.

Good hôtel for the price, very close to the airport. But noisy, and the staff made me inconfortable because they was unrespectful until they saw my French passport lol thinking I was from Pakistan maybe never mind. Outside only Indian restaurant or afghan, 15-20 min walk to the metro station near to the hotel.

Very dirty, we have had to call many times to clean the room and tied up the beds.
They say children stay for free, it’s not true we end up paying more money the the original booking to get another single bed for our child, this has never happend with premier inn.
