Enjoyed our nine days stay. Actually we have booked for 10 days but due to the non-availability of flight we had checked out one day before. The place has a very friendly staff and the breakfast is an average. Very close to the city center and metro station.

If it is for the low price, convenient transportation and shopping, other conditions don't matter, you can go! If it’s for four stars and comfort, forget it... everything is far worse than the opposite Samsung Hotel REVO... the shower nozzle is broken, the toilet paper box is broken, the drawer is broken... the sink is super small and small... the toilet tank is used It takes nearly five minutes to fill it up... Even if the air conditioner is not turned on, you can still hear the sound of the air conditioner next door. I am sensitive to sound and have to wear earplugs when I sleep at night...
I have stayed in several hotels in the UAE for business trips and travel needs. The experience of this hotel is the worst. It’s also my fault that the price was really cheap. The location is okay (not far from the subway and shopping malls)

The hotel restaurant is located on the right side of the hotel lobby, and the environment is quiet. Before entering the restaurant, you should contact the buddy at the entrance of the restaurant and register the room number before entering the meal.

Just do not go there. Reception and common areas were reasonably good but that’s it. The room stank of smoke has stains all over the carpets and blood spots it appeared on the bed sheets. The curtains were filthy and hanging down , the net curtains were grey. The shower area was mouldy and there was tape holding shower head together. I could carry on but you get the point. We were a group of over 40 people so minimum 20 rooms. Every one I spoke to said the same and no one had a good word to say about the hotel. Cruise 1st need to seriously reconsider their hotel packages with cruises. We stayed out as late as possible slept for a few hours and left as early as we could.
