Apartment very basic, old furniture and curtains and not very clean! Also inconvenient location as far from metro. Also very slow lifts all time used by their own staff as opposed to using the service lift! Will not stay there again!

Mr.Zain at the reception was very helpful & friendly.He made our stay memorable. The staff are very helpful & the housekeeping did an amazing job,rooms are clean ,thank's to Vikash who helped us settle in the room (assisted with luggage) ,very helpful.

Its a small hotel apartment in the heart of TECOM (Barsha) apartments has all what you may need they are extremely quiet (compared with others in Dubai) and clean Its not fancy or luxury but for the price they ask is really a little gem Swimming pool and sauna are small but nice

My wife stayed here for 3 and a half months between June and October this year and has nothing but good thins to say. Clean, well-managed by Mr. Azhar, and such lovely staff. Great location, honestly nothing bad to say about this place. Great value and in fact very, very good by any standards.
