The room was incredibly comfortable, and it's within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa! You can even see the Burj Khalifa from the room! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very extensive. The waitstaff were all young, friendly, and cheerful, with excellent communication skills. We'd go out sightseeing during the day, and then in the afternoon and evening, we could easily walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining. The beds at The St. Regis are always so comfortable, and the bathtub and shower area were well-designed, clean, and pleasant to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai.

We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. After arriving on an early morning flight, we were grateful to be checked in before the standard check-in time. The concierge team was incredibly understanding of our need to rest after a long journey, and their thoughtful assistance made a great first impression. A special mention goes to Mr. Asset, who took excellent care of us and always greeted us with genuine warmth. We truly enjoyed chatting with him on several occasions, and his kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. The service truly reflected the renowned St. Regis standard of hospitality and excellence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose the St. Regis again when we return to Dubai. Highly recommended!

The hotel didn't live up to the St. Regis standard. The room lighting was unacceptably dim; it was hard to see anything at night. The room facilities were mediocre, and the room itself wasn't very spacious. Furthermore, the overall service felt unwelcoming and unfriendly towards Chinese guests, especially compared to other hotels of a similar caliber which are usually much more hospitable. It really falls short of what you'd expect from a St. Regis.
