First, location was a 9 min walk to Dubai mall and many restaurants. Staff were very helpful, with a big smile to greet you. Room was neat and clean.

Absolutely fantastic! Both the facilities and the overall service quality were excellent. The service was superb, and the location is unbeatable – directly opposite Dubai Mall. The night views are particularly stunning, and getting around is incredibly convenient. Enjoying the beautiful cityscape from the outdoor balcony at night was a real highlight. The infinity pool and the poolside bar are also excellent.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I was transiting in Dubai on my way back home from Miami, and choosing this hotel was an excellent decision. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for airport access and exploring the shopping malls. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is one of the key highlight and it was so enjoyable with the outdoor garden dining experience! Not forgetting too the balcony view on Burj Khalifa is priceless.
