First at all our room was changed from the back side to first line as a “compliment” from the hotel, until I realised that there is a 24 hour repair at the beach, every day continuing 10 days and nights with these machines working all the time!!! Very loudly in the room, louder at the pool, can’t sleep 😴 discusting!!!
Second of all: the room cleaners are from India 🇮🇳 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, and € 300 missed from my personal wallet ( my bad, that didn’t use the safe). After a lot of talks with a guy who is responsible for the safety there, he told me that couldn’t find my money at the room cleaners and suggest me to call the police for checking the fingerprints on my wallet, if they match with these of the cleaners than there would have an investigation… This maybe would took all the time from my vacation and I refused!!!
Very disappointing vacation, Dubai is the best place for relax, BUT NEVER in this place again, NEVER 👎!
P.S. The service at the restaurant, the food is perfect 👍

Very nice place, studio serviced apartments are very nice. But don't get a room close to the entrance gate and road because cars and motorcycles will sleep deprive you all night. Very busy road as it goes down to the beach carparks with very loud cars and motorcycles going past all night until about 4am-5am. So request a room down the opposite end of the resort from the road and you should have an awesome stay. Resort has its own scuba diving courses, kite surfing lessons and wind surfing and paddle boards and stuff. It has a very good gym with top of the line gym machines and equipment and a very nice swimming pool area. Resort right smack bang on the beach. It has a nice sitting area where you can enjoy a meal and some drinks and look out at the ocean.

Location good. Room- not worth the money. (Small and no balcony or outside door as on website - old aircons that does not work properly) Did not have a good experience due to a lot of noise and partying until 4am. Did not sleep well or at all. I suggest a strict rule for noise after 12 at least so other people can rest and enjoy their stay. Security tried, but unfortunately the guest did not care. Strict rules needs to be implemented for this. Service from new staff was kind and helpful.

Just like they said,Home away from home. Comfort in all aspects. We were here for a days trip . The breakfast was great ,the pool is awesome and so is the staff. Prompt,polite and extremely helpful and respectable. A must visit place to stay for anyone in town..

Resort is in the heart of Dubai with easy accessiblity to all places yet very quiet. It’s on the Kite beach where u can fly kites or go kite surfing. We stayed in a 5 bedroom villa which was fully furnished and very spacious with an additional family room in 1 st floor and kitchen was also well equipped and spacious. Breakfast at Kite beach restaurant was a nice experience. Food was good and value for money.
