1. front desk need to explain more of tax fee and deposit instead of just making you sign the contract. (which is not included in the total fee of the trip.com)
2. better not to tend to sell another room upon arrival, which makes feeling not good at all, and even with huge gap in between, like extra 250usd for 2 nights.
3. If trip.com mentioned the room can see the view of burj khalifa, then just be honest for the info shown in the trips.com, on the other hand, if 1 bedroom can only see like side of burj khalifa, then just mark on the room info, don't put the wrong picture which misled tourist thanks.

Very poor experience. For an eight-day itinerary in Dubai, the first two hotels are Ramada and Marriott, both of which are good. The last great hotel we stayed at. The locks on the balcony of the room were all broken, and there was construction outside, which was noisy and unsafe. Changing rooms also had a broken lock. The locks in the three rooms of my companions were all broken. The bedroom also smelled like feet.
The advantage is that the room is big enough for cooking, like an apartment.
But the overall experience is too bad and does not match the price. It was not pleasant to communicate with the front desk. They reported that there were mosquitoes in the room but they did not deal with it.

The apartment is pretty good. I plan to cook. Let a Ghanaian guy show us around the room and use the kitchenware. The attitude is very good. When we are going to check out, another Indian guy comes to help us carry the luggage and put it next to him. I broke the wine bottle and left without saying a word sorry. The manager immediately came over and asked us to leave the number to compensate us. It was very unpleasant! There was no apology for breaking the wine bottle. Thousands of things were gone. The most important thing was that the orders for buying a lot of clothes were getting wet when I was going to the airport for tax refund.

I and family enjoying being in Dubai on damac hotel. Islam and Banne and all other staff gave us the best services.. excellent service and great location the apartment space is large enough recommend the hotel. Thank you damac team＜3 !!!!!!

Afaq and meena at the reception counter were of great help,kind and co operative. Also the breakfast was nutritious and delicious with Housekeeping,room service Our stay was made memorable at Dubai because of Hotel Damac in Downtown Thank you so much !! 😊
