Facilities: Pretty good, there's a pool on the top floor and also a laundry room. Hygiene: The lobby is clean and tidy, and the room hygiene is also acceptable. Environment: The environment is above average. Service: The service attitude is good, they answer questions patiently. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport, and about a 20-minute drive from the World Trade Center and Dubai Mall. There's a 24-hour convenience store directly opposite downstairs, and a few restaurants nearby.

kingsgate is our go to place always. as it’s location is very accessible to our workplace. however, the gym has a limited equipments that of there’s more than 3 people inside you cannot workout properly. overall it’s a good place to stay

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration! Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting ”I'm coming” to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized. Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming. Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable. Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient. Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

The hotel matches the description. The reception staff were always friendly. Housekeeping, linen changes, and replenishment of water, coffee, and tea were done daily. Some furniture items are a bit worn. There's a clean, warm pool and good gym equipment. The service is excellent; they respond quickly to all requests. Breakfasts are varied and cater to all tastes. The metro is a ten-minute walk away. Overall, the family is satisfied. I recommend it.

Surprisingly the hotel is so nice I booked the Excutive Room and it was very nice and big super clean and the receptionist bader is amazing! 

We was given a complementary upgrade on arrival, beautiful clean hotel and fantastic customer service. We have never stayed in a 5star so this place defo exceeded our expections. The staff including the cleaners acknowledge you will a hello and smile. The rooms are cleaned at a high standard and the breakfast is lovely too. I wish spent more time exploring this hotel and use its amenities. Will defo book again next time I

The room is very nice, very convenient and safe to stay in, and it has a kitchen and refrigerator, as well as free parking. It is great to stay here on a business trip, and the sanitary environment is very good. The male manager at the front desk is also very flexible and helped me deal with my questions. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there next time.
