Hotels in Dubai Festival City, Dubai

I went there to attend an exhibition at the end of November 24. The beautiful waitress at the front desk arranged for us to stay on the same floor. The rooms were next to each other and the service was in place. The overall facilities were complete and very clean. I could fall asleep without drawing the curtains at night and looking at the night view (I felt that this was the meaning of making money). Next to it was a large supermarket where I could buy all kinds of daily necessities and choose gifts. There were endless taxis when I went out, and the waiter at the door would help you call or intercept them, which was great. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious, with food from various countries and regions. BTW, the egg rolls they made were delicious.

Food quality is not good. A 5 stars hotel can provide much more better services rather than this. Food in the room was not good at all. Pasta & pizza rate is 1 out of 5. In general hotel cleanliness and services given are awesome but food needs to be looked at.

It's a nice quiet spacious hotel with a comfortable bed, only pillows are a little soft for me. Toothbrush is upon request. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are very good with a variety of dishes. Aircon & wifi connection are great. The powerpoints are universal, no need to use adapter. There are connecting rooms, one room with 2 single beds is connected to a room with 1 king bed. There is a huge DFC mall, about 5 min walk from the hotel & is connected by a linkway bridge. There are hypermarkets like Carrefour & Lulu, IKEA, food court, restaurants & other shops. Very easy to get food & shop. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Love everything in Vida for many reasons - location wise very quiet, not that close to the main spots, but it’s fine because no one walk under Dubai’s sunlight☀️Up-scale and tasteful interior, also super happy with the pool, we had a (unexpectedly) blast soaking in the water. Stayed for a week as business trip, and felt very welcome away from home.

I recently stayed at intercontinental residence suit for four nights and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel is a bit far from major attractions and public transport, but if you rent a car (which you most probably would) it's not an issue. The staff at were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, adding to the hassle-free experience. The room was clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities such as the flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi were much appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi was rather slow and there were no electrical outlets near the beds, so we had to ask the front desk for an extension cord, which they kindly provided. One of the highlights was the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The dinner menu was equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that showcased the chef's skill. However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve.The bathroom was very spacious, but the toilet was very close to the wall. The bathtub had a huge margins which made getting in and out very difficult and dangerous, since there was no handle to hold. The shower also was so close to the wall which considering the huge margin of the tub and the slope of the tub made taking a shower an unpleasant experience. The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and inviting. The pool area, in particular, was a great place to relax, though it did get quite crowded at times. In summary, intercontinental residence suit offers a solid 4-star experience with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. With a few minor improvements, it has the potential to be outstanding. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.

The staff were courteous and incredibly helpful, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. Additionally, the location is perfect—right near a major mall and surrounded by plenty of great amenities, making everything easily accessible. This hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and service.

This hotel is fantastic! Dubai Creek Harbour is location number one in Dubai—absolutely unbeatable. The entire Hotel looks bright and new. The staff are outstanding and professional.
