Clean, new, fresh and spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable mattress and pillows, and good soundproof - very quiet and didn’t hear anything from the street. That’s exactly what I needed to rest when I came to Dubai sick after a tour in Europe and just stayed in my room for 2 days. Room service and the 24hr cafe is very handy so I didn’t even need to leave my room, with reasonable prices. The crew were friendly and always offered their service to us. Ms. Gladwell at the reception is also very accommodating.

While the hotel offers a bustling atmosphere with a constant flow of guests in the lobby, it can lead to extended wait times of at least ten minutes for the elevator. Upon checking in, we discovered a broken toilet in our room, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I attempted to iron my jeans, the iron leaked water all over them, making for an unfortunate experience. To top it off, we encountered a power outage during our stay. On a positive note, I appreciated that breakfast was included, offering a wide variety of choices that provided good value for money. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the breakfast is certainly a highlight.

This was a great hotel to stay in Dubai, and I truly loved their service. I was initially hesitant to book after reading some past reviews, but my stay turned out to be extraordinary. The breakfast was excellent every day there was a different menu, and guests can also customise their breakfast by informing the staff one day in advance. We also had a wonderful experience with Chetan from the restaurant, who provided exceptional service and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Dubai.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired; I had to request a crib several times, which I never received. The rest is acceptable.

The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful! When I checked in, I mentioned I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk proactively upgraded my room and gave me a small gift. They really paid attention to the details. The breakfast was varied and the transportation was convenient. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel area has convenient transportation, the service is considerate, parking is convenient, the hotel facilities are relatively new, you can communicate in English, the sanitary environment is very good, relatively quiet, and the price is reasonable

The hotel charged me twice for thousands of RMB in the early hours of the morning. If I hadn't seen the SMS notifications, I wouldn't have known my card was being illegally used. I've sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, but they either delayed responding or didn't reply at all. When I asked at the front desk, they said the hotel hadn't received payment from Trip.com. Trip.com's customer service was very proactive in following up. The whole ordeal lasted over a month. One charge was refunded, but further contact was fruitless. Customer service then urged the local account manager, and the second charge was refunded after half a month. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. While I was satisfied with the hotel itself, getting an invoice from the front desk was a nightmare. Even with a detailed list, they were still confused, made mistakes, or left things out.

The service of this hotel is brilliant especially the front desk's staff (Ivy) she is very nice There is a spacious area to stay in and the shower area is user-friendly with good quality of shampoo plus shower gel 🧼 I like the morning breakfast a lot because we can enjoy the tasty waffles 🧇

Everything about the property was wonderful. Ali on the front desk was very helpful and insured that I got a brilliant room with an excellent view so I have to recommend and commend him. A very good asset for the hotel
