I’ve stayed at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi before and had a much better experience previously. While the hotel itself is stylish and the overall ambiance is great, this time the service fell short of expectations. There was a significant delay in luggage delivery, and the room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to communicate with staff. These issues impacted the convenience and comfort I usually expect here. I’ll think twice before booking again unless improvements are made.
