Such a big difference between disability access and wheelchair accessible and this place accommodates both brilliantly. As a power chair user the room was ideal space wise and comfortable. Everything is accessible from the kitchen area to the bathroom. Perfect for independent wheelchair users and additionally perfect for those with carers, with the second room containing two beds. Every doorway entry is flat, ideal for manual chairs as well as power chairs. Bathroom is very accommodating to shower chairs with easy left side access for morning care and routines, includes a multi layer metal storage unit on wheels, perfect for storing items that need to be moved around the bathroom. The staff are amazing and so happy to help and assist. I’ve stayed primarily at the Quest and can say confidently that this accomodation really outdoes that chain in many way and mostly because the staff are very friendly and person oriented rather than big business and money focused. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back.

Rooms clean,tidy and spacious Ross and staff excellent and very accommodating of our group of 17 older people. Extra towels, salt and pepper, crockery etc Free guest laundry a huge +++! Cute swimming pool and BBQ area. Nice 30mins walk to city centre and along Macquarie River

“We stayed for one night on both Friday and Sunday as part of a return trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable, with cozy beds and pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep. The location is convenient, being close to Club Dubbo. The bathroom was spotless, and the towel warmer was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious, and Ross was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here!”

Room was clean and well furnished- everything you need- cold water jug ready in fridge, softest of towels, comfy bed and complementary laundry. Very helpful manager-easy to chat with and happy to make suggestions for area site seeing. Made for very pleasant stop over.

We stayed for 2 nights. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Close to the Zoo. The room was fantastic attention to detail right down to the lovely bath towel. The room had everything you need and was very well equipped with Microwave plates and bowls to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would give it 5 stars

Room faces the main road. However did not hear the noise from the street. Spacious interior and sizeable bathroom. Room is equipped with fridge and microwave and supplies of coffee tea and biscuits. TV (Hisense) is abit clunky but works and even has Netflix. Fridge is abit loud during the night. Comfortable bed with electric blanket. In all a comfortable stay close to the zoo and the just across a bridge into the town centre and also close to the airport. Club Dubbo across the road has plenty of options for meals.

We booked this as a last minute trip. We had travelled an extremely long way were greeted by Karen at reception. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Giving us milk etc for our children. We checked into our room and it exceeded our expectation. It was clean and our beds were extremely comfy. We will stay again. Thank you

Excellent motel in great position. Really clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Close to Club Dubbo and Westside pub both of which are terrific for a meal and the zoo is also not far away. Could do with a few more offerings in the mini bar but that is the only minor fault
