Clean and tidy hotel, staffs are really nice and helpful. Will come back again next time

An excellent location if heading to the airport the next day, or if going to a match obviously, but a little out of the centre, so perhaps best for those already familiar with the city. Also worth noting that it doesn't seem to have a reception as such, although the staff at the bar are happy to help with any questions.

We had a layover in Dublin and decided to stay outside of the city center to get to our early flight with little traffic. We found the hospitality and service very nice. The room is dated, but we spent very little time in the room and just enjoyed the neighborhood. Irish music on Monday at Kennedy's was a treat. Despite the dated rooms it was clean, we'd stay here again because the people were so nice and the price was modest.

The pub - atmosphere, staff and food are absolutely amazing. Friends had been here before so we were keen to visit and we weren’t disappointed. The B&B - nice, clean, but fairly basic rooms. Ideal for somewhere to put your head down. We had issues with the hot water on our first day but it was sorted fairly quickly. It was noisy from the bar, but they provided earplugs in the rooms and to be honest, it didn’t really bother us. Could do with a little TLC, in terms of renewing the silicon in the bathrooms and maybe putting up a few shelves etc for storage. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but only because the rooms were basic but we will definitely visit this place again for food drinks and fantastic craic

I have never ever written a bad review before, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. The lights in the bedroom and bathroom were not working. We had to use our torches to navigate the room. The shower did not have running water. The small lamp above our heads on the bedframe was working, however it was falling off. The emergency fire light was covered up with a menu. The noise from the bar was exceptionally loud, so much so, we couldn't sleep. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and a broken piece of metal sticking out, which my partner hurt himself on. We ended up paying for an early ferry to get home as we refused to stay at the accommodation and there were no other rooms we could stay in elsewhere. When I made a complaint over the phone, I was shouted at and belittled by the manager. They did the exact same thing to the lady who works for ***********. I got a refund for the accommodation, however, they refused to refund me for the extra ferry. It was the worst experience I have had whilst travelling. I just wish I took more photos rather than taking videos because I can't upload the videos here. Please, please pay extra and stay in better accommodation. Don't go to this B&B.

Kennedy's is in a fantastic location in Lower Drumcondra, with a bus stop to the airport right outside. Staff and service went above and beyond, as I received an upgrade at check-in, and also my case was kindly carried. The pub downstairs is extensive and clearly much enjoyed locally. There's a sense that the ownership/management is trying to kindle an extensive and thriving business on several levels. The fabric of the building is old, with common spaces and bedroom carpet needing refurbishment/replacement. I got the impression that someone was looking after the cleaning very well, the bed was very well made, and there were numerous kind touches. I left by mistake with the room key, a plain white card, and will return it if needed. My own stay was expensive but I may have been able to do better if I had booked later.

Starting with the perfect location, right at a bus station to get to the city or anywhere you want. Room clean and comfy

Incredible Irish breakfast. Really good value and tasty. Lovely, friendly and attentive server. Great experience and I'm not sure we'll need to eat again today, very filling, but I like a challenge 😂 Thank you!

Went in for dinner after ladies final tonight. Let's just say NEVER AGAIN. Ordered lamb shank, OK, but the veg!!!!!!!I I like my veg, & expect fresh veg with every meal I cook or order. NOT HERE!!! BOTTLED CARROTS!!!!DID YOU EVER? I never had them in my life until tonight & never again. A chef so lazy as to send this crap out to customers obviously doesn't care & has no interest or pride in his job. Give it up & Find something else you might enjoy. In the meantime, kennedys might wake up & cop on, people will not accept such poor standards. On another note, surely the smoking room is totally illegal?
