Very bad experience ..staff do not care about our privacy . anyone can open the door any time .I think this is very shameful thing. anyone would want to be privacy . Travelodge are not good for couples. Also, the staff is very rude, guests are not welcomed here at hall.

Some security staff is very rude and talk very disrespectfully. Some staff put you through psychological harassment and they act as bullies. They are not welcoming at all. They insult you everyday and do not expect any manners or respect from them.

We needed to stay close to Santry sports clinic as a family member was an inpatient there during COVID restrictions and little availability was to be had in the area close to this . We booked this hotel not knowing the area or anything about it. We arrived early and I needed to checkin early to avail of good quality WiFi to commence a zoom teaching session at 10 am. The receptionist was more than helpful allowing me to check in early for a small extra charge. The WiFi was excellent,! There was no food served at hotel at the time as COVID restrictions were still in place but we were given plenty of information as to where to get food etc. Day 2 Again was met with very helpful ,lovely friendly staff enabling us to get bus ( printed instructions) into city centre and return for three euro while our car remained very safe in underground car park . The hotel was clean and warm and all staff were very attentive to anything we needed including opening a bottle of red wine for us to enjoy in room as restaurant closed. Would be very happy to return ,for a wee trip to Dublin . Thank you to dedicated staff who understand the ‘personal touch’.

Per il viaggio di ritorno, ci siamo organizzati dal centro di Dublino, per prendere Dublin Express per l aereoporto, ma quando il pullman è arrivato, l autista era in overbooking e non ha preso su tutti, nonostante le prenotazioni, rischio alto di arrivare tardi in aereoporto. Servizio terribile perché il successivo era almeno venti minuti dopo. Siamo riusciti per grazia di Dio a prendere un taxi ( erano ovviamente tutti prenotati) e lo abbiamo diviso con altre due ragazze arrivando per fortuna in tempo. Servizio inaffidabile.ho fotografato il mezzo mentre andava via lasciandoci attoniti a terra.
