I booked this hotel for my husband who was on a business trip and decided to come along as it gave me a chance to visit Dublin. Am so glad I did. I had a polished, gracious welcome, a lovely room (thankfully facing away from the main streets) which was quiet, stylish but most of all, very comfortable. I enjoyed the vibe in the lobby, it’s well used by guests as well as locals and the breakfast was generous and extensive.
It’s always great when a hotel will continue to look after you after check out and my bags were taken care of and transport advice offered. Perfect stay!

The hotel surroundings are very quiet, and the overall feel is quite new. The room was clean and tidy, but very small. I had looked at the official website, and all the room pictures showed street views, but I was assigned to a low floor. When I opened the curtains, all I could see were clear glass windows across the way, so I had to keep them closed. This contrast with the pictures was a bit disappointing. Breakfast is included, but it's very simple – only a traditional Irish breakfast, nothing else. They clear everything away promptly at 10:30 AM.

I'm not a hostel fan really, being a bit old for all that thing, but in Dublin it's too expensive nowadays so thought I'd give this a go on reviews. Well, it's pretty good, to be fair! A really characterful building, obviously an old church, chopped about but still with some lovely old features and windows. The bunks are those self enclosed things which are definitely the way to go, much more private, and the lockers are a decent size too (take your own padlock, obvs). Bathroom was opposite and lovely and clean / modern. To be honest I'd stay here again and that's hardly ever my opinion on hostels!

Point A Liberties in Dublin is a stylish, budget-friendly hotel with a fantastic location in the vibrant Liberties neighborhood, close to major attractions like Guinness Storehouse and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The rooms are compact but well-designed, offering modern comforts like comfortable beds, smart TVs, and efficient air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. While amenities are minimal (no on-site restaurant or gym), the hotel’s affordability and cleanliness make it a great choice for travelers prioritizing value and convenience. Its trendy vibe and prime location make it ideal for exploring Dublin’s culture and nightlife.

I had a really lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin City Centre! The location is perfect—right by the River Liffey and just a short walk from the city’s main sights. My room was super clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and a great view of the river from the window. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, always happy to give tips on where to eat or what to see. I also really enjoyed breakfast at Oly’s Bar & Restaurant—good variety and tasty food. It felt like a nice balance between comfort and convenience, especially with the 24-hour gym and business center. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dublin!

Very clean, modern studio with a comfy bed, sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine, freezer fridge, combi microwave oven and dishwasher. Capsules, detergent and milk provided. Early check-in is possible for a top-up of €20. Really liked that it was steps away from the airport bus drop-off, a Tesco supermarket, a great bakery, and 10 minutes walk to Trinity College, Temple Bar district and day tour meeting points. It had a gym, guest laundry room and a cosy breakfast cafe/24hr bar - did not try the breakfast buffet since we were out very early everyday, but you could purchase it at €2 off each night before. Friendly reception staff. Would stay at this branch again if we're back in Dublin.

Was a challenge to find a twin room in Dublin and Point A was the perfect find.
A no frills hotel with excellent staff. Was checked in by Chloe, a lovely person with a delightful smile.
Other staff were also helpful like Ahmed.
Ideally located and walking distance to the heart of town.
A very enjoyable stay.

Superb central location next to one of the best bakery’s bread41. Room was lovely and clean and clean and had great self catering appliances. Shower was beautiful and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Won’t stay anywhere else if I return to dublin.

Great location in the centre of Dublin (airport bus and other services stop right outside and you can get to other attractions fairly easily) and the price is reasonable for the location. The buffet breakfast is well stocked but sometimes the quality of the sausages and bacon lets it down.

The place is in a great location but the keys to the room are supposed to be picked up in a different location that is quite far from the hotel. The staff is supposed to be multilingual but when we called for help to get the keys we got unlucky and had someone over the phone that struggled with English (in Ireland..).
The place is overall very clean but the decorative pillows don’t seem to get washed.
It’s ok for a brief stay, not for a long one as there’s not wardrobe. Nowhere to store anything or at least put the luggage.
Also, the kitchen has silverware and mugs but nothing to clean them.
For this price, I was expecting a little bit more attention to details.

Great
GGuest UserThe Green Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful or nice. This was my first trip to Dublin and Jessica at the front desk was wonderful in providing help and assistance. The room was spacious and everything was in proper working order. The breakfast was unbelievable and so delicious. The perfect meal to start the bay exploring Dublin by foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserAs this is my first trip to Ireland ergo Dublin, I had enjoyed the convenience of having able to walk almost everywhere I wished for shopping, sightseeing and most importantly dining. Location and rooms were their winning points and my stay was indeed almost perfect.

PPFThe location is right in the heart of the city, good for people who like clubbing. Heard that Temple bar area could be problematic at late night, but it was never a problem as we returned by 10pm. Many shops and good eateries within 5 min walk. The sightseeing spots are mostly readily accessible on foot.
Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Rooms are clean and towels looks new white. Walls are thick enough for sound proof, even not aware of one flushing in toilet in early morning. Our room faced the internal opening i.e. no view but not noisy. The only shortcoming is no fridge. Highly recommended.

BBokkie TruongWe spent a comfortable 3 nights here. The rooms are not large but adequate for a short stay. Toilet/shower modern fittings and good. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine for a morning coffee in the room. The hotel decor is vibrant, modern and ”full” but I liked it. The decor in the bar and dining area is modern and bold. The staff were especially welcoming and helpful. The location is a bit out of town, so quieter with a local-feel.

FFINTANHotel location good just off main street -however be careful here with drug pushers, pick pockets etc-this part of town not so celebrious! Hotel new and trendy with bar in lobby area very nice -room nice was afraid as on first floor ( had requested a high floor) would be noisy but was soundproof. Maybe not a great view but made up for by location. No shelf space in room or wardrobe-so no good for long stay -trendy but not functional-chair too low for desk etc. No tooth brush etc in bathroom but nice bathroom although small. Lighting in room good but just three pin sockets ( no international sockets) -so bring an adaptor . Had issues with internet so went to reception 3am -man called Issac( Receptionist) extremely helpful and fixed the issues with my laptop to adjust to Hotel wi-fi. Overall a great stay but very expensive for what you get.

XXIANGThe hotel is an old-fashioned house renovation, there is no elevator, but it is convenient to go upstairs by yourself. The hospitality at the front desk of the hotel is the most comfortable thing. The room facilities have everything, if compared with other hotels, the price is very good, but the weekend price is still very expensive.
