We stayed here one night in late December 2022 and I have to really say we loved the place. It was spacious enough with high ceilings, a kitchen with a bar (2 chairs) and a bathroom with shower. There was also a little mini sofa in the corner, and a desk and chair. I loved the high ceilings that made is very airy and stylish. The view as onto an antique outdoor cinema (nothing was playing so it was quiet) and the mountains behind which was wonderful. We had self check-in and the instructions from the hosts were on spot! Very easy to move in and relax. There are a few stairs up so not wheel chair assessible but then again pleae note that the entire old town of Dubrovnik has this issue, lots of stairs, cobble stones, small alleys- it's the charm of this city. We had cabin luggage and backpack only and it was absolutely fine to carry it up and down. You can also drink the tap water. Would highly recommend and will stay here again when coming back to Dubrovnik.

We knew there would be lots of steps - and there were. Yikes! However the location was perfect and the view was amazing!!! Room was clean with nice linens. Even had a tea pot and small fridge for leftovers and wine.
Great communication with managers.
Would recommend this place - even with all the steps. Loved it!

Tolle Lage in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend der Altstadt wo man aber zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten bei zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafes und Shops ist. Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles was wir für ein verlängertes Wochenende brauchen. Service und Kommunikation mit Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert.
