Stayed only one night but lovely hotel, would come back here

Good view which located on the cliff. But the service here is really poor. I got a room with broken air conditioner in the bathroom. After arguing with the staff in hotel for hours at night, I finally changed to another room. Be carefully! It may destroy your holiday!

We booked a room through trip.com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea.  Room was an interior room with no view.  Feel clearly misled by trip.com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room.  Was in Greece and Croatia for three weeks and this was definitely our least favorite room.

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

Hotel More is a solid 4-star hotel with all needed facilities. The room is spacious compared with most hotels in Europe. The service was superb and staff was friendly and helpful: from parking car to getting luggage to the room. On-site restaurants are very nice and breakfast was wonderful. Although the hotel is little far from old town and parking near the old town is very difficult and expensive, utilizing Uber service would be a excellent option that is very quick and the cost is very reasonable (less than €10 each way).

Good hotel overall but more of a four star than a five star. Breakfast excellent and Cave Bar very unusual and great fun. Rooms average and missing some facilities for a five star hotel - small swimming pool, very limited gym and no kettle in room. Staff friendly. Odd layout going between two buildings via lots of lifts.

BEAUTIFUL hotel with incredible views! Just wish it was located more centralized but other than that, it was exceptional!

**Warning: absolutely not a five-star hotel!** What a huge disappointment. This hotel calls itself five stars, but honestly, it doesn't even deserve three. Everything about this stay was awful. The breakfast? Shockingly bad. Barely any selection, poor quality, and not at all what you'd expect from a so-called luxury hotel. The service was equally abysmal: disinterested staff, no sense of hospitality, and zero willingness to actually help you. And then the hotel itself… a complete maze. You're more likely to get lost than to find peace. Instead of a relaxing holiday feeling, you end up frustrated. The price-quality ratio is the biggest joke of all. You pay for five-star luxury, but get less than a simple three-star hotel. A waste of your money and time. I'll never go back here, and I advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

It's just average. The charges are above average. It's not nice to have to deposit a credit card. The breakfast is good.

This hotel was the worst. Trip.com had incorrectly categorized it, so it was listed under Hvar. Arriving in Hvar by ferry, I checked the address, but it wasn't there. When I contacted Trip.com, they said the categorization was wrong, and they told me it was a non-cancellable reservation, so I couldn't change it. The total cost was over 800 euros, so I had no choice but to rebook the ferry and arrive in Dubrovnik at 1 a.m. I had already informed the hotel that check-in would be late. I had requested an ocean view family room, but they gave me a courtyard, so I was trapped inside a cement wall. Could it be because Trip.com misrepresented my reservation? Could it be because the hotel was ***? The room was so old and dirty that I hesitated to shower or put my belongings away.

Tranquility, location, and facilities. The swimming area and The Cave are very unique and pleasant.

Very very very very good, the hotel is not in the old town of Ducheng, but in a resort area. The location is great. The whole circle of the seaside is full of hotels. A resort. The hotel is very good. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, which is very large and has a balcony with an unbeatable sea view. Very comfortable. The hotel restaurant has a very good dinner and a good environment. Facing the sea, I feel comfortable. Living in this area is better than the old town. Quiet, but fashionable, suitable for vacation
