We went to Dubrovnik and spend a beatiful week in this apartment. Apartment was equipped with all the equipment, from the kitchen to the equipment for washing clothes, so everything was at our fingertips. The maids are very kind and we had daily cleaning every other day where they even took out the trash. The staff at the reception kindly welcomed us and after a quick check-in took us to the apartment. We would recommend this facility to everyone because it is very accommodating, luxurious and has everything you need. Not to forget that they immediately delivered a babycot for a small baby upon request.

Very spacious and luxurious experience. Our apartment had three large bedrooms, a huge dining table and comfortable soda sets. The view is stunning, and the supermarket and bakery below are great to take care of basic dietary requirements.

Really loved the location of the Residence, our spacious apartment and it’s staff. They all went out of their way to be helpful & friendly. Simply amazing people, amazing place. We’ll be back next year.

It’s a great property if you want to stay away from the tourist areas, but still a cheap and quick Uber or taxi ride from the old city.

Great apartment in a lovely location close to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Very clean, modern and spacious. Had a large balcony, adequate kitchen facilities, large bed, large living area and was very quiet at night. Downside there was no clothes washing facilities and staff in hotel and adjoining bar were not friendly at all!

Fantastic apartment which was clean and spacious. Staff also very helpful.
However, on several nights we could not sleep until around 12.45am due to noise from the bar downstairs and gatherings of local kids shouting

Amazing stay! If you are visiting Dubrovnik for more than 2 nights, seriously consider this location. Reception Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.
