I booked 2 rooms for my son and me.
One of the rooms smelled very badly of chemicals, it’s balcony (above a busy road) wasn’t clean and it’s air conditioning was switched off. We complained (via text message, as there are no staff on site to help) and asked for a different room, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it.
We later discovered why this room’s air conditioning was switched off - because it was not working. That was after returning from an evening out, by when it was too late to find another place to stay.
An uncomfortable unrestful night. Awful experience.

Las habitaciones en si son correctas, el problema q tuvimos es q al llegar al “hotel” no había ni recepción ni nada, en el bono q teníamos no había más q un número d teléfono donde no contestaba nadie Tuvimos la suerte q en el hotel q hay justo al lado Hotel Lero 4* el personal de recepción nos ayudó y buscó por internet otros números para contactar con las personas q gestionaban Kamara Tuve q hacer todos los trámites q me pidieron por wattsap, todo muy impersonal y si no hubiera sido por la persona de la recepción del hotel Lero no se como hubiera solucionado la situación Por suerte el desayuna iba incluido en la reserva era en el Hotel Lero y fue la mejor parte de todo, muy bueno No se si lo aconsejaría a nadie por la manera de funcionar, las habitaciones son correctas sin más
