This stay was a very bad experience because the hotel did not introduce the room type in a real way. The superior king-size bed room has an interior window and the window is very small. It was very depressing and uncomfortable when I entered the room. I called the front desk immediately to explain the situation and asked to change the window to a normal one. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no movement. I called again and a housekeeper came to show me other rooms. When I was showing them, she did not say that I needed to pay extra! After I moved my things in and settled in, and was about to take a shower, she knocked on the door and asked me to go to the front desk to pay extra. Speechless (ー_ー)!!
