Finally got to check out this hotel that's been on my wishlist for ages! The location is great, right at the foot of Mount Qingcheng, and only a ten-minute walk from the China Giant Panda Garden. I loved the hotel's style – very woody and healing. The service was also quite attentive; they were always quick to respond. Our room even had a small hot spring tub, which made the kids really happy. The bedding was also quite comfortable. Since it wasn't hot enough yet, we didn't get to use the pool. I had planned to go for a hike next to the hotel in the afternoon, accompanied by the incense I'd chosen for a nap, but I ended up sleeping so soundly and for so long that I missed it. We ordered dinner at the hotel, and the ingredients were excellent, and the food was delicious. I also participated in the evening sound bowl healing session, which was very relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

Nestled at the foot of Mount Qingcheng, I stayed in a serene, Zen-inspired guesthouse tucked away amidst the mountains and rivers. The wooden buildings, softened by the mist and rain, the lanterns gently swaying in the windows, and the flowing water and greenery in the courtyard—even breakfast exuded a relaxed, rustic charm. In this little courtyard, I stole a precious half-day of leisure.

Before I even decided on this hotel, I made an inquiry call, and the staff's welcoming attitude alone convinced me to book it for my kids and parents. Afterward, no matter what I consulted about or needed help with, they were always incredibly prompt, serious, responsible, gentle, and patient. I'm so grateful! After checking in, I was completely enchanted by Qingchengshan Hegushanju, especially with a light rain falling. The mountains were shrouded in mist, and there was greenery everywhere. The room was clean, and staying for two consecutive days, the cleaning was timely, and the hot springs were disinfected, which made me feel very secure. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, catering to adults who like spice and children who don't. We didn't get a chance to try other meals at the hotel because we were out sightseeing, but we'll save that for next time, because we're definitely coming back! Plus, the hotel offers a variety of activities suitable for both adults and children, so you wouldn't get bored even if you spent two or three days just relaxing there.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there's a beautiful large tree right outside the room window. The hot spring tub on the balcony is incredibly comfortable, and with the curtain down, privacy is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was very warm and hospitable. For afternoon tea, there were several tea options, and the wild black tea we chose was exceptional. In the afternoon, we experienced scripture copying at the hotel, and at 8 PM, we joined the hotel's meditation session. The next morning, we participated in the Baduanjin exercise, all of which were very interesting.

Hygiene: Very clean, disposable toiletries provided. You can even choose different aromatherapy insect repellents for the room. Environment: Excellent location, very quiet at night. Service: The customer service staff, both male and female, were incredibly nice. They even helped put a cover on my ID when checking in (such a thoughtful detail!). They also assisted with luggage. Any questions I had could be communicated online, and their responses were very prompt. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, perfect for relaxing with friends on a trip.

The entire team was friendly and professional, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and cleanliness is good. The hot tub on the terrace attracts a few small beetles when the lights are on, which is to be expected given the lush mountain surroundings. Insects are drawn to light, but the hotel must have taken some measures, as I only spotted one or two. Overall, it wasn't a major issue. It's a shame our vacation was so short and time-constrained; this place is perfect for a longer, pure relaxation stay. The Panda Garden is within easy walking distance, and it's convenient to call a taxi to various scenic spots. The local cuisine nearby is also quite unique. The mountain air truly purifies the mind and body – highly recommended. This hotel offers excellent value for money.

Our stay in the Four Seasons Private Hot Spring King Room truly exceeded expectations. The 60-square-meter space was incredibly spacious and relaxing. The entire room had a warm and soothing natural wood aesthetic. The soft 1.8-meter king-size bed, the tatami tea nook by the window, and the warm yellow lighting created a wonderfully atmospheric and therapeutic setting, perfect for capturing beautiful photos. But the real highlight was the private hot spring on our independent balcony. As night fell and covered the mountains, soaking in the warm spring water, looking up at the starry sky, and listening to the chirping insects and the wind in the mountains, I felt completely enveloped by the gentle wilderness. All my worries just melted away.
