Mount Qingcheng Grand Hotel

Finally found my ideal secluded hotel at the foot of Mount Qingcheng! It boasts a hundred-acre private garden with traditional grey bricks and black tiles harmonizing with the natural landscape. Water features and lush greenery are everywhere, making every photo a stunning shot in the traditional Chinese style. Check-in was efficient, the room was clean and airy, and the private herbal hot spring pool was excellent for relaxation. After a soak, I felt completely refreshed. The breakfast buffet offered fresh ingredients and a wide variety of local snacks. The resort's shuttle service was available 24/7, making it effortless to explore the gardens or go to the hot springs. There are also mountain trails and a gym, catering to both wellness and leisure. The value for money far exceeds that of guesthouses in the same price range. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back for a summer getaway!

This time, I have to give the cleanliness an average score! First, they called to tell us about an upgrade, which we really appreciated 🥹 But please pay more attention to the hygiene next time because when we entered, we found big mosquitoes and spiderwebs 🕸️, which scared me! The noodles for breakfast were as delicious as ever 😋, and the fruits were also tasty 😋! I brought my parents this time, and they were also very satisfied 👍! (Just a little whisper 🤫: next time, please don't upgrade our room; just give us the room we originally booked, thank you 🙏)!

The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful. The front desk service was excellent, and we were able to get a late check-out by signing up for a free membership. The room was great, and I even forgot some clothes in the hotel. The front desk staff promptly contacted us and helped mail them back for free. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed for one night and was quite satisfied overall. The room had a small courtyard, which was very pleasant to sit out in at night. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so I slept really well. The breakfast had a good variety, and I left feeling full. The service was also great; they even asked about my stay when I checked out. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna, but I'll definitely make sure to next time. Five stars!

This hotel has an overall 'forest' theme, like a natural oxygen bar, with lots of fruit trees and vegetables planted throughout the grounds! It's a great place for a family getaway. The lobby bar has a wonderful East-meets-West vibe, combining Chengdu characteristics with a unique coffee shop style. What really left an impression was the hotel's hot spring pools. They break away from the traditional large communal pools, offering individual small ones instead. I even happened to see staff cleaning them in the morning, and they were very patient and enthusiastic in explaining the different types of pools, mentioning they are cleaned and refilled with fresh water daily. This commitment to hygiene and health is truly excellent and rare! Spending a leisurely afternoon in the lobby bar, enjoying a pot of tea and chatting with family, is incredibly relaxing. Overall, it's a fantastic place!
