The location is super convenient, just 600 meters from Yingbin Road Station. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are very new. Breakfast is plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste is good. The front desk and room service are responsive and friendly. The gym equipment is comprehensive, and the room is also clean. The overall experience exceeded expectations, offering great value for money. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it to friends!

The air conditioner wasn't working, and the shower in the bathroom was leaking! I figured it was just for one night so I wouldn't bother the front desk. But then, shortly before 1 AM, the room next door started making constant noise, and there was also a KTV-like place nearby that was incredibly loud. Just when it finally quieted down, a child in the next room started crying loudly for about 10 minutes. The soundproofing in the room is really bad, it was so annoying! After the child stopped crying, the KTV music started up again! That family next door clearly can't control their child; why even bring them out? So rude!

I checked in early on New Year's Day. I parked in the underground garage, and the elevator goes straight to the reception, which was very convenient. It was quiet at night, so I had a good rest. I also left something behind, and they quickly retrieved it for me from the front desk.

The business trip room was well-equipped and new. The smart toilet was very responsive, and the shower had excellent water pressure and stable temperature. The wet and dry separation was perfectly done. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress was just right, and the dual USB + Type-C charging ports by the bed were very convenient. The soundproofing throughout the room was outstanding, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay. Five-star recommendation, it was excellent!

The carpet in the hallway was a bit lumpy, which was fine. But what I absolutely hated was the strong smell of smoke on the headboard and duvet – that's just outrageous and completely unlike what I expect from Atour. I can overlook the small room, but for over 400 a night, it's not cheap, is it? Yet the soundproofing was terrible! Around midnight, I could clearly hear the TV from next door...
