Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Gwinnett Place

The first room was disgusting and I have pictures. Housekeeping is very, very lazy. I had to ask for another room after being told housekeeping were gone for the day. The second room was okay but the door card mechanism was raggedy I had difficulty getting into my room. Internet is a rip off its Wifi is not strong at all and you have to pay for a stronger signal. I told Benjamin but he was NO HELP at all. Ruth was EXCELLENT. Manager questionable definitely does not care. If there was a way I could post all the pictures that I have I would but it's not giving me the option.

Had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, never in my life had anything like this before. We made a reservation online to stay here and paid for it. We were traveling from FL to Atlanta after work hours, due to delays and heavy traffic, we knew we were going to get there later than we anticipated. We called the hotel to inform them of our ETA and asked if there would be any issue with check-in, to which the lady I spoke with on the phone assured us it was going to be fine. She took my name and everything and told us she’d make sure the person after her would know, who would be at the desk. Long story short, we got there, the door was closed, so we called the number listed at the door, which connected us to somebody in there. She was extremely rude to begin with. She told us she couldn’t check us in because the system wouldn’t let us check in past a certain time, even though we called in advance and were told there would be no issue. But this lady kept going, refused to listen to what we had to say, had no sense of ownership, and when we tried to explain that me, my husband, and my two little kids would be stranded with no place to stay at 1 in the morning and asked if she could provide some kind of help or solution, she kept repeating condescending phrases like “you’re not listening to me,” “there’s nothing I can do,” “I don’t know who you talked to,” and “I don’t know who you are,” followed by “I’m in the laundry room and extrem

The shower was backed up and there was hair on the wall before going into. The beds aren't the best and tje worse part of everything their breakfast only consist of muffins, coffee, tea or Hot chocolate. It was 7:30am and they were out of everything and did not have more to replenish until the 9:30am breakfast cut off time

worst experience The room was full of cockroaches. No breakfast. A guest created nuisance and scary situation at the front desk area and police had to come in to scene. The elevator is full of cigarette smoke. we vacated after just one night stay and cancelled rest of the 4 days reservation.

It was clean and well kept up with compared to others, staff try and make things right!
