Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water supply and heating. A very good location that is near to eating places. A complete kitchenette. Will visit again, highly recommended motel to stay in Dunedin.

Our stay was amazing
The owners are very approachable
They allow dogs, and you are greeted at reception from Alfie( the dog)

Awesome cp value! Awesome service attitude and quality! The shop dog is super cute and friendly! Awesome transportation location! Awesome location! The bed and pillows were both comfortable and easy to sleep on!
